Michael Burt Consulting LLC is registered in the state of California.

I specialize in computer related consulting activities.  I am primarily engaged in CAD tool development related to Keysight ADS and Cadence Virtuoso.  I have worked with simulation software with both of these environments, in addition to doing PDK development for foundries.  From 1996 to 2014 I was an employee of Hewlett Packard/Agilent/Keysight working on the ADS software.  My primary role was integration of the simulator and the ADS platform editors with third party products.  Over the years this has included Mentor Graphics Boardstation and Caliber, Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Allegro, Dracula, Diva, Assura, spectre, and hspice.

In addition to creating software, I was also a teacher of the solution services group and several foundries in how to create PDKs for use with ADS.  This includes the latest iterations of interoperable PDKs used in ADS 2014 and beyond.

In addition to CAD related activities, I have been hired to do web development and create web applications.
